We love doing customs and will even allow you to provide your own items to be embroidered or printed. While we do everything to ensure perfect embroidery or print, malfunctions do happen. If your item is damaged, we are not responsible to replace your item, however, we will remove it from the invoice or credit your money back for that item.
Production losses can impact small and large companies, and they usually result from unexpected problems that arise during what should be a routine manufacturing process. Always provide at least 2 additional items for this reason. If the additional item is used, you will only be charged once. The damaged item will be discarded. You may either choose to have them embroidered or printed for an additional fee, or returned back to you blank.
If you fail to provide an additional item for embroidery, we are not responsible to replace that item, but will remove it from the invoice and continue with the rest of the order.
If you want a sample stitch out on a hat, provide an additional item for that stitch out. We do not use our own inventory for stitch outs.
